Special powder coating for valves, outdoor powder coating
Category:
Characteristics of the valve
Its wall thickness is thick, uneven and irregular; the surface is rough; the thermal inertia is large, and the temperature rises slowly; the collision between the handling is serious. In view of these characteristics of the valve, and the use of general powder coating spray valve often appear some various problems, our company after some material selection and experiment, developed a special powder coating valve. Special powder coatings for valves not only have the decorative aesthetics of general powder coatings, but also have the following outstanding characteristics:
1. It has good adhesion, impact performance, and surface scratch resistance, and will not be damaged in the case of collision during normal handling of the valve.
2. The baking conditions are: 160 ℃/15-20min or 180 ℃/10min. This powder has the characteristics of low temperature curing. Compared with the general powder coating requirements of 180 ℃/15-20min curing, it can improve the spraying efficiency and energy saving.
3. The high-gloss powder coating used in the valve not only has high gloss, good leveling, but also does not sag, good hiding power, and good corner coverage. The spraying thickness is about 100μm.
4. For cast iron valve is a good solution to the problem of defoaming.
5. By adjusting the powder particle size and introducing new materials in the formula, the Faraday effect is overcome to a certain extent, so that the powder is better and the spraying area is large.
6. According to customer requirements can also do a variety of gloss and various types of texture powder coating.
